Chest pain is one of the most frequent reasons individuals seek medical care in emergency departments and outpatient clinics [3]. Because cardiac ischemia and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) are life-threatening, evaluating and ruling out these conditions promptly is a primary focus of medical care [3]. ACS encompasses conditions such as unstable angina, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) [3].
